Scholarships For Women – Go Back To Study And Get $10000
In Part 1 of this series, I asked if you had ever read a list of study skills but just didn’t know how to go about making them happen. Like me, you’ve probably read a list of study tips and thought, ‘Yes, I’ve read all that before’. And you probably remember two weeks later being just as stressed about study and wondering what you could do to improve your study skills!! Well, I realised later that I had been reading that list of study skills and not really knowing how to put them into practise.
15 – Create a pre-writing ritual to help you get in the mood to write. You may have the ritual of having a cup of coffee and reading the morning paper. Maybe your ritual will include taking a shower or going on a walk before sitting down to write. Keep your ritual short though–it’s just supposed to prepare you mentally for the act of writing.
Have writing tools and reference materials handy for ready answers. Your writing resources may include an online dictionary, thesaurus, glossary, interview notes, files of character descriptions, or links to quoted articles.

If you have never served in the military, this could be a losing battle for you. But why should it be a battle? In many cases, your teen will know more about the military than you (because you never served). Where do you start? Do exactly what you teen did when they sought a recruiter to talk to; ask him/her questions? When you ask them questions, you will get a sense of what they know or what they think they know. This is where you can ask specific questions with them, to the recruiter. Every good recruiter will show you a proof source. What do I mean? If the recruiter says, your teen can get a college education, the recruiter can show you programs and brochures of the facts.

If you just want to write for fun without making money, that’s fine; but if you want to earn a living writing, you should treat your writing as a business. This means you should develop a business plan for your writing.
Motivation is probably the biggest issue that a writer has. With motivation, they will overcome anything in their quest of writing an eBook. However, it is a great deal easier if you have a specific chunk of time allocated for writing. Be firm. No interruptions. No disturbances. No intrusions. This is your writing time and you need to produce.
